MRF & AERA SIGN AGREEMENT TO PROMOTE MILITARY RACQUETBALL

AERA Logo MRF Logo 10/09/2009 - MRF (Military Racquetball Federation 501C3) and AERA (American European Racquetball Association) have agreed to a 3 year partnership to promote racquetball throughout the military based in Europe. AERA, a long standing organization and most members are US servicemen & women, family members, military retirees, and Department of the Army Civilians stationed throughout Europe will sanction all military events with MRF. AERA players will receive MRF Ranking points at each event and compete with the Ektelon Classic, Official Ball of MRF & AERA. “We are thrilled to announce that the AERA will immediately be partnering with MRF, this is a positive step for all military racquetball” said AERA President Joey A. Gibbons, US Army Retiree. “Working directly with the governing body of MRF is exciting for all us stationed here in Europe" continued Gibbons. AERA joins MRF in promoting military racquetball including shootouts, tournaments, clinics, etc. "Working with AERA is exciting, they have been a great promoter of military racquetball throughout the years.
